8 x 75 (odds: fingertip drill; evens: count strokes) on :15
3 x 4 x 50 (odds: EZ; evens: build)
*5 Pull Ups after each 50 during set #1; 10 Push Ups during set #2; 10 Jump Squats during set #3 (1.4)

5 x 200 (#1&#5 swim, #2&#4 pull, #3 kick)
*:15 side plank on each side after each 200 (2.4)

16 x 25 0:30 0:40 (3.0)

Cool down: 200 choice (3.2)
