Boston Performance Coaching Track Workouts
An 8 week Program begins Tuesday April 21st, 2010.
BPC run/track workouts are an ideal training option to get the quickness back for your short course, improve your kick in the long course, increase overall strength, improve pacing/technique and work on T-2.
Workout options will be given for long & short course athletes.
Workouts will be progressive and focus on transitions from the bike to run for triathletes as well as run form and speed for pure runners.
Short course in preparation for Mooseman International, Hyannis, Cohasset, and the New England Season Opener. Long course athletes preparing for Rev3 and Mooseman Half, and Eagleman 70.3, Patriot HIM, Providence 70.3 and IM Lake Placid will all benefit from hitting the track!
CLASS SESSIONS:
When: Tuesdays
April 20th-June 8th
6:30pm-7:30pm
Where: Harvard Track
Cost: FREE to Boston University Triathlon Club members
How: You must email Coach Vic Brown before showing up
