Warm Up

6x75 (KICK/DRILL/SWIM by 25) 1:15 1:20 1:30 (.85)
8x25 (ODDS:EZ, EVENS:build) 0:30 0:40 0:50 (1.05)
Test Set
3x300 on :30 rest (1.95)
*The goal is to swim at the highest average speed possible. An accurate test is when all three 300's are within fifteen seconds of each other. Average the time for all three 300's and divide the average by three to establish a T1-pace for a 100-yard distance.
