Track Practice begins Tonight 10/28/09 @ 8pm
Warm up with 10 min. of running progressively building pace. Run 1 x 1 mile at tempo pace (10K) followed by 20 min. of running at 80% of your max heart rate (Zone 2). Finish with 1 x 1 mile at tempo pace. Cool down with 10 min. slowly bring your heart rate back down.
