Warm up: 300 swim (as 25 stroke, 25 swim), 200 'tombstone' kick w/fins, 100 back (0.6)

1 x 300 swim, 4 x 50 FR drills on :10
*strength training after each 300, :30 plank-15 push ups-10 pull ups (2.1)
16 x 25 on 0:40 / 0:45 (2.5)
