MONDAY
SWIM 8-10PM (TEAM PRACTICE)
Location: Fitrec Competition Pool, Lanes 1-3
Leader/Contact: Colin Kipping-Ruane ckipping@bu.edu
-Swim workout coached by Vic. All skill levels welcome and lanes for all speeds.
TUESDAY
RUN 8-9PM (TEAM PRACTICE)
Location: Track at Nickerson Field

BIKE 8:30-10:30PM (TEAM PRACTICE)

Usage
HOW TO USE THIS BLOG:
This schedule includes all the practices that will be held during each week.
The "Leader/Contact" can be contacted about location changes and workout questions.
"Individual" practices are scheduled by a specific individual and it is recommend that you contact that individual to let them know you are attending.
"Team" practices are larger practices and are coached by USA Triathlon - Level 1 coach Vic Brown of Boston Performance Coaching vic@bostonperformancecoaching.com
If you wish to add a practice to this schedule, email maxm@bu.edu with the time and details. All practices are welcome. All medical forms and dues must be submitted before attending any "team" practices.
Any updates about new practices or changes will be posted on this site and you may comment on the events/changes to give your input. All posts must be relevant to practices and workouts.
